Feeling burned out, but not sure how to feel better?
Maybe you’ve tried resting, doing more self-care, or pushing through, but you still feel numb, overwhelmed, or emotionally checked out. Maybe you’re the one everyone depends on, and carrying so much responsibility for so long is finally catching up with you. Maybe your mind won’t slow down overthinking decisions, interactions, symptoms, or worst-case scenarios long after the moment has passed.
I help people navigate the weight of chronic stress, caregiving, work pressure, health concerns, and long-term responsibility with therapy that feels practical, meaningful, and grounded. Together, we can make sense of what’s keeping you stuck so you can feel more present, more supported, and more like yourself again.

Burnout, Anxiety & Trauma Therapy in Minnesota & Oregon
I am Leah Challberg, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults in Minnesota and Oregon. My approach is about resourcing and reprocessing. Through resourcing, I collaborate with people to build on their existing strengths and create new ones that can help them navigate anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and life changes. And sometimes we will need to do reprocessing, a structured and gentle way of looking at past experiences to help our brain feel less stuck.

30-Minute Consultation / Discovery Call
Free
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are not yet sure what you need, what therapy might look like, or whether a therapist will feel like someone you can trust. A free 30-minute consultation offers space for us to begin that conversation together in a low-pressure and supportive way.
During the call, we can talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you are hoping for, and any questions or hesitations you may have about starting therapy. We can also talk about logistics to make sure that therapy is affordable for you and at times that you’re available.
Therapy Sessions
$175 / Cost may vary if you use insurance. I currently accept Aetna, America’s PPO, Carelon, United & PacificSource. If I don’t take your insurance: You may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy using your out-of-network benefits. You can check your eligibility and learn more below.
Ongoing therapy is a collaborative space where we can explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and ways of relating that shape your emotional life, relationships, and sense of self.
Depending on your needs, our work may involve:
Processing painful or overwhelming experiences
Understanding your brain and body and how they’re responding to what you’re going through
Strengthening coping skills and emotional regulation
Exploring relationship dynamics and personality patterns
Working through anxiety, grief, stress, self-worth, or identity concerns
Building more helpful boundaries and deeper self-compassion
I approach therapy as something more than symptom reduction alone. While therapy can help reduce distress, healing often also involves learning how to listen to yourself differently, respond to your experiences with greater compassion, and create new ways of relating to both yourself and others.
